How We Use Personal Data

Provide and Maintain the FCA™ Service: Including managing data imported from You.
Google API Reporting: When reporting results to Google API, only anonymized information is used, client names and personal identifiers are removed before any information is synchronized with Google. No personal information is sent to Google, only anonymized outcome data strictly necessary for reporting purposes.
Analytics and Improvement: Analyzing data to enhance and evaluate the effectiveness of the FCA™ Service and user experience.

Sharing of Personal Data

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any personal information to any third party for any purpose, except for the following limited scenario:

Anonymized Google Reporting: Only anonymized, non-identifiable information necessary to report outcomes is synced with Google API, and client names and identifiers are removed prior to transmission. No personal information is shared with any other party.

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
